• Once a personalised order has been approved and production has started, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• We cannot accept personalisation that infringes copyright or contains indecent, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory content.
• Turnaround times will vary depending on the item and complexity of the engraving.
• Cost will be quoted and agreed before comencment.
