An hour of care for a patient

£33 could provide an hour of care for a patient in the comfort of their home from one of our Hospice at Home nurses.

The Hospice at Home Team supports patients in the last four weeks of their life so they can be cared for and die in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, surrounded by loved ones. Without this service, many patients would have to be admitted to hospital. 

Every patient's needs are different, and Hospice at Home is designed to be flexible so that each patient benefits as much as possible from the service. Some patients and their carers need support and care to manage and control symptoms such as severe pain and sickness. Some families may need support during the night, so that they can get some sleep to be able to care for their loved one during the day. 

What happens when you purchase your gift: 

• You'll receive an email receipt from our online shop. If you've also bought something else at the same time, you’ll get another email when that’s been sent to you. 
• You'll receive a second email which will include a link to your digital gift certificate downloads. You can choose to download a print-at-home gift certificate to personalise, or an image to send by email.
